ULX Command to let clients add Server to Favorites

There's not a function (that is documented at least) that allows people to add a server to favorites.

I assume it's because it could easily be forced upon someone whenever they join.

I know this is completely off-topic, and I hate being nit-picky, but it's "Decicus". A "C" between the "I" and the "U".
