ULX: Grabbing Cvars

Perhaps in the next release, ULX could detect created Cvars.

There's this thread about Max hydraulics or something in off topic.
If this could be done, I think ULX would have a more practical use.
Out of the Garry's Mod business.

It's something Stickly Man and I discussed early on in XGUI, but timing issues with hooking stuff like this is extremely sticky (difficult to make work right), and you still wouldn't have some of the information you'd like to have, like where the cvar is coming from. Unfortunately, manual input is the best solution for this one.
