No Free Spectate/Spectate only/Blind Players (Anti-Ghosting?)

For Prop Hunt gamemode

This would sort of be a way to help prevent ghosting.

No "Free Spectate" meaning you can only spectate players

Would look for it to work like this though:
If player is dead and on hunters team they can only spectate hunters
If player is unassigned then blind
If player is on Spectator team then spectate hunters only
If player is dead and on prop team they can spectate other props (no free spectate though)
