That conna guy's admin mod, has teams for different admin classes, but it also controls your player model(which is stupid). ULX should have a way for putting admins on different teams; eg red=admin yellow=vips green=members/friends blue=users.

Scripts are there that are written/converted by members of our community (and currently, mostly Ulysses team) to work with ULib.

I'd suggest reading the UTeams release post. I think it is what you are looking for.
