Physgun freezing players?

So what if there is a script or addons whatever where you can freeze players in mid air with your physgun? Like if I pick them up I can freeze them in mid air using right click.

I've seen it on a couple other servers, but the chances of them giving me such a script is unlikely. Therefore I've come here for help.
