Go to the first post of this topic. The one with the description and instructions for how to use AWarn. What we call the "release" post.
At the very bottom of that post is a link, with the words called Awarn2.zip, and a paperclip beside it.
This will likely sound disrespectful, and perhaps it is, if you can't find the link when you've been told 2 times exactly where it is and how to get there, I'm not sure you should be hosting a server.
It takes a medium level of direction following, which, you may not possess.
