I don't think this is an Awarn issue - seems there are 3-4 others (so far) having server rejoin issues in the help and support forum section.
Reconnecting to a server seems to cause a loss in rank. Nothing to do with Awarn per say, other than the fact it will kick them, possibly making them rejoin.

edit: just updated ULX (at 16th March 1:30 am)

SUGGESTIONS:


1.) Reward for the people who are unwarned... (ex. DarkRP money TTT Karma Pointshop points)
2.) Warn SteamID

(note: these are suggestions my server would be happy to see... maybe others also! Mr President should consider maybe making these!)

You can already warn by steamid.
I won't be adding rewards for people being warning or unwarned(?). That doesn't fit the style of the addon at all. Sorry.

Is this thread still open?

I have the addon installed, and I gave owner access, but I'm unable to actually utilize the commands. !awarn doesn't function either.
