ULX Admin Chat - Help

I honestly do not understand how this isn't working but an admin on my server points this out to me and I can't seem to figure it out!

Basically, I went through all the groups and they have access to the ulx asay command. Players can use the chat to admins, saying @ (chat) and it works, but admins can't see it!

So basically, to sum it up, admins have access to the chat command but cannot view the chat when other players and other admins use it!

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I feel like it should be something very easy...

It's likely a conflicting addon or permissions issue.
"ulx debuginfo" in server console while an affected 'admin' is connected.
Attach the file created. (server console will tell you where/what file).
Tell us his/her name in the post you attach the file.

Make sure your admins have access to:

ulx seeasay

@MrPresident - There isn't even a command called ulx seeasay. At least, I tried in via console and it says invalid command and I don't see it anywhere via the menu.

It's not a command, it's an access string.

ulx groupallow <group> "ulx seeasay"
