Having Admin Menu Touble

Hey, I've just got a problem with my admin menu. I press the key I binded to ulx menu, it didn't work like it usually works. So, I tried every other command to get it to work..and still nothing. Evidently it works for the clients I have connected, they can get the menu to come up, but luckily they still can't use it. Just for some reason it won't come up for me. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Do any errors appear, either in your game console, and your server console if its dedicated?
Are you sure the bound key hasn't been changed/erased.
Type 'bind <yourkey>" in console. If it says "is not bound", something changed.
Rebind it.
If you get a different error, please tell us what it is.

Can you type "ulx who" in console and verify you are listed as admin?

Can you type "ulx menu" in your console, then go back to game screen and see the menu?

Did you install any mods/addons/other lua scripts at about/around the same time this started happening?
