Just google how htpasswd works that's quite useable if you have apache

I put those in and it just keeps popping up the box and when I closed it it said invalid login even though I copied them exactly.

I don't recall if NFO supports this, but... I guess give it a try?

more than likely most web hosts use apache with this mod enabled
