Usergroups Randomly Keep Reverting/Can target issues

For whatever reason user groups revert like after a round maybe even right away and it reverts can target issues.

using the current svn of ulib and ulx, ive done fresh installs many times not sure why this is happening.

I have heard another community had a similar issue.

Also at the time of this post I haven't test but is superadmin supposed to inherit from admin and then admin from operator? (I never even touched those)

NOTE: Not sure if it matters but I am using SQL

Obviously it matters if you use SQL because ULX itself is not causing these errors.

It is most likely MySQL database losing connection to the server or that the server is overwriting the database with nothing (user) after map change.

Check your console for errors.
