I've lost access rights on my singleplayer

So, I installed ULX and ULib for my own, personal singleplayer game, and I was playing around with the commands, when I accidentally removed all access rights from myself, and now I can't get them back. I un-installed the files and re-installed them, but that didn't work. I tried adding myself back via the console, but that also didn't work.
Help, please!

Also, removing addons/* doesn't always remove the addon info. That doesn't apply to just ULX/ULib, but ANY addon.
Many store data in gmod/data or sv.db
