An idea regaurding a quickmenu.

I'm curios about an "addon" that would add a "quickmenu" similar to Ass's or Exsto's for on the fly administration. Like a streamlined version of the existing ulx menu. I know I'm asking for something trivial. If I knew more about lua I'd be more inclined to tear assmod and ulx apart again and make another frankenstien... but I think those incharge would rather avoid another finicky semifunctional server crasher.

Though I understand what you're asking for, most of us 'old-timers' here find pressing ~ (or whatever the console for your language/PC is) and typing ulx and first letter of the command wanted, then arrowing down from the auto select, then arrowing down to the player autoselect, quicker than using a mouse, and usually much less prone to accidental punishments.

There are a few coders here that I'd trust to do such a gui project though.

It would be fairly simple to implement, but.. I still haven't had the free time to get around to it.  ???

I suppose I could try seeing how exactly other admin mods do it and see how it could work with ulx.
I am happy to see that this had been an idea before though. It was only an idea to help our assmod veterans adjust to ulx easier.

Honestly I miss console only adminmods or only having a group that are rcon acting as "staff" but as with much things, things change.

Good luck! It should be fairly simple task, but you can post here or in our developer forums- there are lots of people willing to help you out if you have problems :)
