Need help with Deathrun Scoreboard

Alright so I'm using the default deathrun scoreboard, I just changed some colors:

What's I'd like to do is move the server name to the top of the scoreboard and center it as well as display the current map and how many rounds are left.

I would greatly appreciate anyone who can help me do this!
