Jesusaurus-Rex:

* Bother Megiddo to re-enable or add an option to re-enable the weapon menu (the feature I used more then anything else in ulx, and tried for hours to get working again).
* Bother Megiddo to add a disable forcedownload option.
* Bother Megiddo to add a tutorial for forcedownload.
* Bother Megiddo to fix forcedownload.
* Bother Megiddo to add an admin level system like IRC (For example: lvl 200 can't kick lvl 300).
* Bother Megiddo to add _OnAdminJoin(settings change)
* Bother Megiddo to add a gun list to auto-give to admins on join.
* Bother Megiddo untill his eyeballs fall out.

Uncomment the code in ulx_menus.lua

Delete forcedownload.txt

It works fine for maps that have a .res ( gm_construct, for example ) in the current version, and in the next version it will be fixed for maps that don't already have a .res set up as well

Not enough interest to add to main ULX, ask someone else if they'd like to make an addon.
