update server during game!

Is there a script/command where i can update the server while its running... What I'm trying to say is, everytime i add an add-on to my server i have to shutdown my server and re launch it! and everyone gets kicked. So if there was a way i could make the server re-download the ad-dons for the players, that would be great! thx

Hello there,
I am not sure if a mapchange would be enough but apart that there is no way to update a server while it is running.
A different approach would be to update the server at night when no players are active! ;)
