I suspect ulx is allowing staff members to talk while dead?

So, if you're an admin on my ttt server, you can talk while dead, I'm not sure why at all, but I suspect its ulx.

It's not ULX. If it was, no server running TTT would use ULX.

I can guess that you're using some form of chat tags.

First of all what do you mean talk while dead, as in admins can talk in admin chat when their dead, or just regular chat?
