Add a physgun/toolgun limiter system.
Although also available as seperate mod (only the physgun limiter), it would be nice to see it in here.

Basiclly a admin should give in what ents may not be picked up/ used tools on, like prop_door_rotating and func_movelinear and more of those (the doors elevators etc that are in a map on default)
Since atm any random **** can pull out or plainlly remove a locked door or break a garage elevator etc

Okay, i though it would be a nice extra, but ill wait for a prop protection mod with that.
