I am the owner of my server and have been working on setting up ULX/ULIB. I have discovered that there is an admin who can pick anyone up as long as he is in a user group that allows "ulx physgunplyaer". If I do [ulx groupallow "communitymanager" "ulx physgunplayer" "owner"] he can no longer pick us up but then he can't move cars because they are considered world props. We also can't target him, even if he is the default user group.
It is a Dark RP server with FADMIN disabled, I have tried reinstalling Dark RP, ULX even removing all other scripts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
