how to make props/weapons/tools admin/superadmin only

Hey everyone,
I'm new to ulx and i don't have a clue on how to restrict props, tools or weapons on my server. So i am asking if someone could comment and explain to me on how to do it. (I'm not too good so please explain well) Thanks everyone :)

ULX does not have the ability to restrict props 'out of the box'.
We left that to developers. See our releases forum. Scan all pages. UPS, UnoLimited (reborn?, forget the name), and several others come to mind for doing that.
