ULX GUI help

Hello!

I'm having a problem with my ULX GUI. So practically, I restarted my server, and when I went to change some permissions, it looks like this http://imgur.com/flyAO6e

I've restarted my server again, I've completely removed Ulib, and ULX also. I have no idea what to do and really need help. Thank you!

Seem to me you're no longer in the superadmin group.
See our FAQs for adding yourself to superadmin from server console.
If that doesn't work, there are also FAQs for re-installing/resetting ULib and ULX (you didn't mention wiping the /data/ulib folder...many miss that when re-installing any addon)
