.pdb files for opening .mdmps

Sorry for the constant stream of questions, but I have a constant stream of problems :P

My server has been crashing a bit recently and I need to check the .mdmp files. I have Visual Studio but the Valve developer community wiki tells me I need the .pdb files for the game/mod in the same directory as the .mdmps to view them. Where can I find these for Garry's mod?
