Can someone help?

I don't really get Lua. But I need a script that can be Auto-ran server-wise and do this console command: "ulx csay *wording"" at a certain time of day.
Also it cannot be done Via Advert.

Can anyone help?

From the sound of it, he wants a csay to show at a certain time of day, which can't really be done with an advert if the server restarts.

Yeah, possibly by Server OS CLOCK?

I don't know of any addon written to do this, at the moment.
