refresh server data button

I have always wondered in the last three or so years of using ULX why does the refresh server data button gray out after clicking it for about a minute or two? It's just something I am curious about, it's always been that way as long as I have been using ULX.

That button is really a debug button in case the client XGUI didn't get all of the data it needed- but it's not needed since the current code is pretty good at getting everything it needs.

The button disables itself as a simple mechanism to prevent someone from spamming and potentially overloading the server.
