well here is the error i am receiving whenever i type !menu.

Well i recently tried fixing the problem again, by changing cl_2.03 to cl_2.04 but i am now receiving the error ULibLuaFn all the time.
Any suggestions/help?

You really don't want to change that folder name, it's for each version of ULib.
