How can i add ulx return to my server???

Hi i have been searching for a addon/module or the !return command but i cant find anything about it i can find it on other forums but i cannot add it to my server?? so can someone help me please???

It should be on the latest version of ULX that's on Github

well my server is getting hosted and the host doesn't support(or something else) the latest version -_-

I downloaded the ULX from the ULX website and it does not have it ;( wanna send me a link?

At the TOP of the www.ulyssesmod.net/downloads.php page, written in plain english (which, you seem to be a native english speaker, forgive me if you're not and have trouble understanding).
