There's no easy way we understand what you want regarding the MOTD unless you speak clearly.
Please rephrase your question? Even if english is a second language, try different.

type !menu in chat
Go to Settings
Click ULX General Settings
Click use URL as MOTD
Type in MOTD

If I'm not too late, you might have problems with that. Steam's webclient is really bad, so I'd type like http://sheepgaming.site.nfoservers.com/forums/, because I don't believe steam understands that link without http or www.
