Permission's not showing help!

When trying to edit permissions for certain groups I cant access them no more this recently happened out of no where I'm not sure why. Also wont show what members are inside that group. This is going for all groups  :-\

so I did ulx debuginfo and got this

Anyone have any clue to whats going on here?

Well, first, you have an addon that has a broken file, and, you didn't attach debugdump.txt from that server folder it told you to in the last line of that image.
