If you don't read the instructions or give us a more detailed problem people will just laugh at you. Are there errors in console? Where did you install to? Did you install ULib?

are the newest versions only for gmod 10??? if yes what version is for gmod 9????

ULX < 2.9, ULib < 2

ulx under 3.0 and ulib under 2.0  ???  ;D
