Can't run the admin menu

Heya, im using the newest version of ULX and ULIB i've got my users nicely done and everything is practicly perfect... BUT! when i try to do the "ulx adminmenu" from my pc i get this error on my dedicated console at my server "You can't use menus from the dedicated server console."
Could someone please help me ?

btw when i run the "ulx help" command i get the help info in the dedicated server console...
