Weired LUA error in console

Hello.
I installed ulx set utime and ulx auto promote plugins
When i started server and logon to server i see error in console
Code: [Select]
ULib queue error: addons/ulx/lua/ulx/xgui/server/sv_apromote.lua110: attempt to call method 'GetUTimeTotalTime' (a nil value"Please Help ! ;)

Install UTime?
Latest available in zip (along with ULib and ULX latest) at https://github.com/Nayruden/Ulysses
I know 'set utime' requires UTime, and I'm pretty sure even mentions that in it's release post.
