How do I change groups/ranks through folders?

I accidentally demoted myself from admin on my listen server, and i can't seem to find the file that handles groups. I reinstalled it, but it remained the same. Can anyone point me to the file that handles groups?

Should be in garrysmod/data/ulx/users.txt.

I might be wrong, haven't touched Garry's Mod in a while.

Lief, Neku, best way to add yourself back is through server, and yes, the listen console is the server console, as described in a few of our FAQs in our FAQ section of the forum, and answered several times in the help and support.
It's a frequently asked question with a answer there for a reason.

They're dumb, but ye. If you're the client and host of a listen server, you can run all console servers.
