Now, before you start salivating and begin saying, "This doesn't match the other ULX menus! Not one bit!" know that I plan on redoing the other menus down the road in this theme. The way the original menus were done was a necessity because the vgui implementation was hacky at best.
A pretty awesome side note on the MOTD is that you can add links to it and they will act as suspected. I don't see this as being incredibly useful for linking to other pages/sites, especially since this isn't a full browser implementation. However, I plan on using this to have links to packs used on the server. When the user clicks, the IE download dialog comes up and they can download the pack while playing in the server.
