Help with ulx app

When you try running ulyssess on iPod it says this

It's a  iOS 7 up, I'm only 5 becuse my iPod doesn't do iOS 7 updates
Can someone help me find a way to get it?

If it's not compatible with your version of iOS then you can't install it.

You don't have to use the app to browse the forums on a mobile device though. You can just close the notification.
