Web-based Bans Panel?

Is there a web-based panel that displays and hooks into server bans, other than Sourcebans?

Try "OpenSteam" which I found using Google to search only our site for words "web bans display"

The first link Google finds is from our archive and no longer available/found.

Looks like lots of configuration, but the demo worked well.
