so today i started to have this issue with ulx, a player would have a rank and when they leave and come back, the rank would be gone. half my staff are loosing their ranks .

Like JamminR states in the linked post, and like I mentioned in your post on our Git. This is a conflict between ULX and another addon you have on your server.
It is likely(probably) FAdmin.

Please remove FAdmin from your server and see if the problem persists.

I know you may lost some of the things FAdmin provides, but it's not a good idea to run 2 fully featured admin mods side-by-side. They will (as you can see) conflict.
