My server is still took over HELP ME

i factory reset the ULX like i was told - didnt work

i did ulx resettodefaults - didnt work

the problem is no groups have access to edit group permissions or server stuff is there anyway i can make it so i can edit group permissions again?

Don't double post.
And if you read the article I linked in other post, it says 3 steps. Follow all 3 ON YOUR SERVER.
