Just need a command

Basically I want a command that adds a person to the group called vip, gives them 15000 pointshop 2 premium points and it also gives them 1 million dollars(darkrp), I have no clue on how to do lua and would love to learn it eventually in the future.

P.S. Would like the command to be ulx vip :D
