Server help

Hello, I have a few questions. I am new to coding for Dark RP and I think I did something wrong whenever I try spawning in an object it ends up not spawning and saying "Unknown command: gm_spawn" in console and I really need help solving this, I don't know if it was an add on or the game mode or something

Step 1: Remove all addons from your server
Step 2: Try to spawn in an object
Step 3: If it works, follow steps(4-7). Otherwise, go to Step 8.

Step 4: Add one addon back in
Step 5: Restart server and try to spawn in an object.
Step 6: If it works, repeat Steps 4&5. Otherwise, move on to Step 7.
Step 7: You've found your corrupted addon, remove it. The server should now function properly without it.

Step 8: Your version of DarkRP is broken. Redownload the latest version from its github

I tried deleting all the addons I put on there but one addon is still there even though it is removed
