Rdm manager not appearing

So I have a problem. I have the rdm manager installed on my ttt server (i forget if it comes default with ulx or not), but for some reason my Moderators cannot see the rdm manager, even though I have given them permissions through the group permissions page. I have downgraded myself to mod and checked it out, and the rank cannot see the rdm manager. I have ulx seerdmmanager allowed for the group, but I cannot figure out what is blocking them from seeing it. Any ideas?

It's not part of ULX, hence the "move" of this topic.
Additionally, we recommend asking such questions in the actual release thread in our Releases section for whatever addon you're using.
Authors might have monitoring turned on for when someone posts in their release (at least, I hope one might) so they get a notification.
