Need Help - Simple Addon

SSJ2 Vegeta:
Ive been looking everywhere for a simple addon for pvp protection. all i found was one on the workshop and it didnt work and i cant find another. is there a way i can get one so if a player say "!build" it gives them godmode, and if they injure a player it takes them out of build mode, or if they are in build mode they say !pvp to get pvp?
