ULX Respawn Time Limit

I own a Deathrun server and I want to have an respawn command that will only last 20 seconds after a round starts for runners only. I also want it to cost 500 pointshop points to respawn. If the 20 seconds pass, I would like it to say that you can't respawn.

Then you're in the wrong place.

ULX Commands go in the Menu upon being added to the server.
