Michal, your server has an exploit, and you likely aren't using latest Ulysses code from our Github.
Or if you are, it's been exploited too.
Please clean your server, I'd recommend fresh install if you don't know how to find the exploit.
And get our Github code and upload it to your server.

How to find out that it is without any errors through console? what should not appear?

If there are no errors, then "[ERROR]" will not appear ANYWHERE on boot/load or during gameplay.
