Physgun freezing players

Hello
I have found an issue with my physgun, players that have the ability to pick me up as well. If you attempt to pick up a player with your physgun, or wave your physgun over someone a lower rank or your own. Instead of actually picking them up, it completely freezes them. You need to kill yourself in game to fix it. How can I sort this?

Are there any errors? What prop protection system are you using? Do you have any other addons besides ULX? Do you have any plugins for ULX?

ULX has no functionality as described - no way to freeze someone 'waving over' their heads.
