Change color of admin chat and allow admins to see all private chats

Hello!
How would I change the color of the admin chat?

And how would I make admins see private messages? And how would I change the color of them?

ULX chat colors can be controlled through the XGUI control panel. I do not remember if we specifically set admin chat colors.

ULX has no way to view live private chat.
It's kept in logs in /data/ulx/logs for archive/research purposes.
