Having ULX tsay show who is sending messages

I think tsay being anonymous is more confusing/troubling than it it wasnt anonymous. Is there a way to have it show the user's name?

No.
By default, it's given to admin group. You shouldn't have too many admins.
If someone is abusing it, remove them from the admin group.
You should be able to see in the ULX logs anyone using ulx tsay.
