Apromote resets upon joining

Hi i'm having troubles with my levels on apromote, downloaded here : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=226312488I did this in game, and i took it from data/settings.txt

It also breaks my urm settings (loadouts especially)

And when i join, or rejoin, it resets to this,

Maybe it is the too much of ranks ? (Not sure because i had this for 2 - 3 days by now and it didn't self reset until today)

Any ideas ?

Bite That Apple:
Four possible issues:
[1] Your ulx/ulib is outdated (or the newest version killed the addon)
[2] Your server is too slow (bad PC hosting the addon) which interferes with it grabbing plaintext files, ect (which is also why I hate ulx for using plainfiles, and not db)
[3] User error (this is a big issue typically when it comes to garry's mod addons (no offense))
[4] Use my version which is an updated working version of the addon you're using. I personally know Lead4u, and he basically stopped caring about that addon, so yeah.. use my version that works. ( http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,6791 )

Also, there is no such thing as "too many ranks", my server used to have 52 ranks, which all worked on a crappy PC, and a really modded PC.

I'm running AutoPromote downloaded from these forums, and it works fine on my server running the latest releases of ULib and ULX. The workshop link Nekomi provided seems to be broken, so I can't be sure, but it is very possible that the workshop addon is outdated.
