Installing weapons on a ttt server?

First off thanks for trying to help, i've been trying for the past 2 hours to get some custom t weapons on the server but haven't managed to do so,  it gave me a models, sounds, and material folders and such, I've tried putting them in the addons but that didn't do anything, i then tried to put them in the folder where the server is stored but i guess it put it out only clientside?, because nothing on it works, the only thing i managed to get it work which wasn't in the pack is the advanced disguiser, thanks!
