How to make certain lua scripts admin only??

I am using ulysses version 1 at the moment and i use vmfloader by Jinto.

I am wondering how i can adjust my vmfloader.lua to be admin only so that when i start a server only the admins can spawn things with the vmfloader.

Can anyone help please?
