[ULX] Countdown ~ quick and easy countdowns

Description:
Easily start a countdown by typing "!countdown <seconds>", if the seconds are more then 5, there will also be a countdown from 5 seconds as well:


Otherwise it will appear as:


NOTE: It will say the time you started the countdown for (not 10 or 4)

Requirements:
This version requires ULX and ULIB

Installation:
Download == Extract the zip and put the content into the specified files, restart map, server or client. done.

TO DO:
  • Make not require ulx or ulib.
  • Create a stopwatch to go with.

You should add the ability to automatically execute a command at the end of a timer.  Might also be wise to add more than a 5 second warning for long timers (like 30 minute timers).  Like server restarting in 30 minutes, it will give them a better warning so they can save stuff.  I always found these things useful when I had something similar in my OLD OLD sandbox server.

Personally, I wouldn't change this addon to from ulx to non-ulx, that's just my two cents. Also, is this considered smart time, as in it will convert seconds to minutes if x > 59 (i.e. 1:02)?
